This petition has been filed seeking to extend the time to surrender before the concerned jurisdictional Court as per the order of this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.157 of 2025, dated 28.01.2025. 2.Considering the reasons stated by the petitioner and considering the nature of offence and facts and circumstances of the offence, this Court is inclined to extend the time limit for another 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
