No. 14814 of 2021 and thus render justice.

PRAYER IN CRP(MD)SR.No.14814 of 2021:

These Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Consitution of India, to set aside the impugned order passed in I.A.Nos.5 and 49 of 2021 in R.C.A.No.18 of 2020 on the file of the Principal Subordinate Court, Madurai.

ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.VISHNU, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to grant further time of two months to evict from the disputed premises and handed over the same to the respondent as per common order dated 30.03.2021 in C.R.P(MD) SR.No.14814 of 2021.

2.This Court by order, dated 30.03.2021 in C.R.P(MD)SR.No.14814 of 2021 directed the petitioner to vacate the premises on or before 01.12.2021, on the basis of undertaking given by him. Thereafter, he filed a petition in CMP(MD)No.11112 of 2021 to grant further six months time to evict the premises and the same was allowed on 23.12.2021 and time was extended till 31.03.2022. Since already four months time lapsed, now he filed second extension petition to grant https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CMP(MD) No.3026 of 2022 further time of two months to vacate the premises, this Court is not inclined to grant further time.
