This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the respondent to register the sale deed dated 07.03.2024 executed and presented before the respondent by the petitioner with respect to the Nanja Land properties comprised in Survey Nos.38/4D measuring about 50 cents 38/5F measuring about 37 cents, 38/6F measuring about 35 cents, 38/9 measuring about 12 cents, 38/10 measuring about 93 cents, 39/1E measuring about 1.63 acres bearing Patta No.358 situated at Thavittukulam, Usilampatti Village, Manapparai Taluk, Trichy District and 39/2 bearing Patta No.282 measuring about 1.43 acres situated at F.Keelaiyur, Seegampatti, Usilampatti Village, Manapparai Taluk, Trichy District. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. 2/4
