The present writ petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the first respondent herein, wherein the fourth respondent has been directed to hand over the possession of their property to the second respondent.
2. A perusal of the affidavit reveals that the petitioner is one of the villagers and according to her, shifting of the office from their village to the other village would cause inconvenience. The averments in the affidavit would clearly disclose that the petitioner is attempting to espouse the cause of 2/4
her villagers.
3. Therefore, this Writ Petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a writ petition in Public Interest Litigation, if she is so advised. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
