: Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the records relating to the detention order passed by the second respondent made in his proceedings in P.D.No.46 of 2015, dated 19.08.2015, in detaining the detenu under Section 2(b) of Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982, as a Boot-Legger and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu, namely, Mani @ Subramanian, S/o.Sivasami, male aged about 58 years, who is detained in Central Prison, Tiruchirappalli, before this Court and set him at liberty.

O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by P.R.SHIVAKUMAR, J.] Mr.A.Ramar, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, submits that the detention order has been revoked. A copy of G.O.Rt.No.6287, Home, Prohibition & Excise (XV) Department, dated 06.10.2015, containing the revocation of the order of detention has been produced.
