The above application has been filed seeking orders to exempt the petitioner from depositing the award amount of Rs.13,41,593/- for filing the Civil Miscellaneous appeal.

2. It is seen from the records that since there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner for the past two hearings, this Court has directed the Registry to list the matter under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, (02.04.2026) there is no representation for the petitioner. 2/4

3. In view of the above, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed for default. Consequently, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is rejected at the SR stage itself. No costs.
