: Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the entire records connected with the detention order of the second respondent in No.114/BCDFGISSSV/2015, dated 17.08.2015 and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu namely Senthil @ 'I' Senthil, S/o.Ayyavu Thevar, aged about 35 years, detained in Madurai Central Prison, before this Court and set him at liberty.

A copy of G.O.Rt.No.6347, Home, Prohibition & Excise (XV) Department, dated 08.10.2015, containing the revocation of the order of detention has been produced.
