This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Cr.No.126 of 2016 from the second respondent to the third respondent.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that a case was registered based on the complaint of the petitioner

dated 27.07.2016 and thereafter she sent a representation on 10.08.2016 to the first respondent for change of investigation. Since no action was taken, the present petition is filed by the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the second respondent has already completed the investigation and is now awaiting for viscera report, to file final report.

5. However, considering the submission made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.08.2016 and pass necessary orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner.

6. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
