Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.C.MAYILVAHANA RAJENDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.SS.MADHAVAN, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the 1st Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to implead the petitioner herein, who is the defacto complainant in this matter as the second respondent in the main Criminal Original Petition in Crl.RC.(MD) No.549 of 2021.

CRL MP(MD) No.4660 of 2022 2.This Court is also satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition.

3.In the result, this petition is allowed. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the Criminal Revision Petition and after carrying out the amendment, issue notice to the newly added second respondent returnable by 21.11.2022. Private notice is also permitted.
