ORDER

With the consent of the counsel appearing on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.S.Jeyapriya, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3.The petitioner's lands have been acquired. He had purchased the property in 1989. The grievance of the petitioner is that while assessing the compensation the superstructure put up by the petitioner has been omitted. The petitioner has, therefore, given a representation on 06.11.2024 for including the value of the superstructure in the compensation amount. The said application is pending without any orders being passed.

The said exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
