: Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to take appropriate action based on the representations dated 13.08.2018, 27.08.2018 and 07.09.2018, and appoint an Executive Officer to administer the Velliyanai Shri Karumariamman Thirukoil and Sellandipatti Shri Chalaikari Muneeswara Swami Thirukoil.

*********** [Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Though the petitioner has sought a larger relief of issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to appoint an Executive Officer to administer the Velliyanai Shri Karumariamman Thirukoil and Sellandipatti Shri Chalaikari Muneeswara Swami https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Thirukoil, at the time of arguments, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice, if a direction is issued to the second respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 13.08.2018, 27.08.2018 and 07.09.2018 and pass appropriate orders within a time frame.

2. Considering the above, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representations of the petitioner dated 13.08.2018, 27.08.2018 and 07.09.2018 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The Writ Petition is disposed of, on the above terms. No costs.
