Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner belongs to Scheduled Caste community. She along with others were assigned a piece of land under Adi Dravidar welfare scheme. The original land owner challenged the acquisition proceedings and it was allowed. Writ Appeal filed by the beneficiaries was dismissed. However, liberty was given by the Hon'ble Division Bench for approaching the government for appropriate remedy. It was directed that the request of the beneficiaries must be considered on merits. Availing the said liberty, the petitioner has given representation dated 23.02.2024. All that the petitioner wants is consideration of the same. The first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate order within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
