This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 3rd respondent to take necessary action on his complaint dated 17.02.2025.

According to the petitioner, she is one of the depositor in the Robaco Properties Private Limited at Karaikudi and she has invested money about 30 lakhs in a Company, namely, Superio City Kovilpatty Phase and also deposited Rs.20 lakh in another Company, namely, Centrio Properties Private Limited. Totally, she invested Rs.50 lakhs. To that effect, they also entered into an agreement and also executed a bond in her favour. When the petitioner has demanded to repay the money on 03.01.2024, two persons from the said Company have abused and threatened her with dire consequences. Therefore, she lodged a complaint on 06.01.2025 before the 1st respondent and the same was forwarded to the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Karaikudi Division, but no action was taken. Therefore, she has sent a representation on 17.02.2025 and the same has also not been considered. Hence this petition.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner has Page No. 2 of 4
deposited money into the above said Companies and already, a case against the said Companies has been registered by Economic Offences Wing (EOW) Authorities, Madurai against the main accused Company namely, Neomax Company and these Companies are sister concerns for the Neomax Company. Now, they are frequently receiving complaints from various persons and the same are under enquiry. Therefore, they will take appropriate steps on the representation of the petitioner within one month.

Since the prayer of the petitioner is to consider the representation and take action on the complaint of the petitioner and the said complaint is also under consideration by the 2nd respondent, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.02.2025 and take appropriate action in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of this order.
5. With the above said observations and directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
