2.There is no representation for the petitioner today. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent herein, enquiry was undertaken. Only this petitioner appeared before the Enquiry Officer, whereas the third respondent did not appear. It appears that O.S.No.1217 of 2022 is pending between the parties before the I Additional Sub Judge, Madurai. Therefore, the above said complaint has been closed. 3.In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), there is nothing survives for further consideration in this case.
