ORDER

In all these cases, the parties were referred to the Mediation Centre. During the pendency of Mediation, the parties have entered into a settlement agreement, dated 23.08.2018. As per the settlement agreement, the parties have settled the disputes mutually. The Mediation Report, dated 24.08.2018 has also been placed before this Court to that effect.

2.In view of the above, all the proceedings shall stand quashed and the settlement agreement, dated 23.08.2018 shall form part of this order. Accordingly, these Criminal Original Petitions shall stand disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
