: Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents herein to produce the detenu - Kumar @ Muthu Kumar, aged 28 years, S/o.Muthupandi, who has been termed as "Goonda", who is now detained at Central Prison, Palayamkottai, and to call for the entire records relating to the detention order in H.S[M].Confdl.No.62 of 2015, dated 30.07.2015, passed by the second respondent herein and set aside the same and set the detenu at liberty.

O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by P.R.SHIVAKUMAR, J.] Mr.A.Ramar, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, submits that the detention order has been revoked. A copy of G.O.Rt.No.5876, Home, Prohibition & Excise (XV) Department, dated 16.09.2015, containing the revocation of the order of detention has been produced.
