Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent placed on record the proceedings dated 13.01.2026 issued by the respondent in compliance with the order which is the subject matter of the present Contempt Petition. 2.It is seen from the said proceedings that the petitioner's claim for release of the deposit amount has been rejected on the ground that an audit objection is pending and that the amount cannot be released until the said audit objection is resolved. The respondent has also placed on record a status report setting out the reasons for passing the said order. 3.In view of the fact that the respondent has complied with the direction issued by this Court by considering the petitioner's claim and passing a reasoned order, nothing further survives for adjudication in the present contempt proceedings.
