This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the 2nd respondent to file a final report after completion of investigation in Crime No.321 of 2016.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that investigation is completed and awaiting for wound certificate. He seeks two months time for filing final report.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the 2nd respondent Police is directed to file a final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
