This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has already filed an application for granting anticipatory bail before this Court and the same was dismissed recording the statement made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed by the respondent Police and the alleged threat of arrest is not true.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that even after the dismissal of the above said Anticipatory Bail petition, no complaint was received or pending against the petitioner herein and the alleged threat of arrest is not true. 4.Considering the statements made on either side, this Court is not inclined to give any direction since no petition or complaint is pending against the petitioner before the respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
