2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the Trial Court has posted the case in C.C.No.545 of 2014 for examination of L.Ws.1 to 3 on 29.05.2017.

3. Recording the same, this petition is closed with further direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sankarankovil to dispose of C.C.No.545 of 2014 expeditiously, provided the accused https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
