The petitioner has filed this writ petition for issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.02.2023, in respect of management and administration of Arulmigu Sri Valagurunathaswamy

Temple, Sathangudi Village, Tirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District and bring the Temple under the control of Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowment Department and appoint Fit person or Executive Officer for the management of the Temple.

2. The limited prayer sought for in this writ petition is to consider the representation of the petitioner. Therefore, this Writ petition is allowed directing the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 09.02.2023, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to petitioner as well as the rival claimants, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
