PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the second respondent not to interfere with the Civil Dispute in O.S.No.81 of 2014 on the file of the learned District Munsif Court, Periyakulam, Theni District and direct the first respondent to take necessary action against the second respondent.

ORDER
According to the petitioner, the petitioner has been harassed at the hands of the respondent police, based on the complaint given by the third respondent. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court with the aforesaid prayer.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the complaint of the third respondent has been enquired. During the enquiry, it is found that the complaint is purely civil in nature. Therefore, the same was closed.
