Prayer in WP (MD) 31044/2024:

Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to release the total final bill amount of Rs.50,82,376/- (Rupees Fifty Lakhs Eighty Two Thousand and Three Hundred and Seventy Six Only) for the works done by the petitioner's company in work order issued by the 2nd respondent in proceedings Letter No.T.R.B.No. 80/2023-2024/Va3/dated 13.02.2024, Letter No. T.R.B.No. 82/20232024/Va3/dated 13.02.2024, Letter No. T.R.B. No. 83/2023-2024/Va3/dated 13.02.2024, Letter No.T.R.B. No. 84/2023-2024/Va3 dated 13.02.2024 and Letter No.T.R.B. No.85/2023-2024/Va3/dated 13.02.2024 based on the petitioner's company representation dated 04.10.2024.

O R D E R

This Petition has been filed before this Court to extend the time for a period six months to comply with the order of this Court in W.P.(MD) No.31044 of 2024, dated 08.01.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the parties and perused the materials available on record.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and taking note of the fact that necessary instructions have been requested from the first petitioner vide letter dated 13.02.2024, this Court is inclined to grant a period of four months to settle the amount as directed by this Court in W.P.(MD) No.31044 of 2024, dated 08.01.2025. It is further made clear that no further extension of time will be granted in this regard.

4. This petition is ordered accordingly.
