O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed in the nature of a Mandamus seeking a direction to the second respondent to survey the property in Survey No.1055/1A1. 1058/1B1 and 1058/1B3 at Periyakulam Revenue District, Cumbum Sub Division, Uthapuram Village. The petitioner had given a representation on 13.02.2023.

2. In the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, the petitioner has stated that she is an aged widow and had purchased the aforementioned lands and also has the necessary sale deeds. For the said purpose, she had given a representation for measuring the said lands. She had also paid necessary amount through challan. However, the respondents 1 and 2 have not taken any steps. 2/4

3. The learned Special Government Pleader stated that even in the normal process the survey of the lands would be undertaken by the respondents 1 and 2 and that if there is any delay, it would also be ensured that the survey would be done without any unnecessary delay.

4. A direction is given to the respondents to complete the process on or before 15.05.2023.

5. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
