ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 not to interfere in the civil dispute.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner purchased a house property on 24.03.2016 and despite the title is in his favour, the 2nd and 3rd respondents threatened him to vacate the property and hence, he has come up with this petition.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that on the basis of a petition filed against the petitioner, he was called for enquiry and that the petition enquiry is pending. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

However, he gave an undertaking that if at all the presence of the petitioner is required, the respondents would call him for enquiry only on issuing summons giving specific date, time and place and that the petition enquiry would be completed within a period of one week.

5.Recording the above submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
