ORDER

The petitioner, with an allegation that the official respondent police are harassing him under the guise of an enquiry, has approached this Court.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the official respondents submits that the petitioner is an accused in Cr.No.14 of 2024, which was registered by the second respondent Police for the offence under Sections 417, 468, 471, 420, 120B, 506(1) and 294(b) IPC.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) that the petitioner is an accused in Cr.No.14 of 2024, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
