O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No.25 of 2015 on the file of the respondent and file final report within a time frame.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the case was registered only on 18.11.2015 given by written complaint of the petitioner herein under Sections 420 and 506(i) IPC and hence, he seeks some more time to file final report since the case is based on records.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent Police is directed to file a final report as expeditiously as possible. The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
