ORDER

Alleging non-compliance of the order, dated 09.02.2021, passed in W.P.(MD)No.9154 of 2020, this contempt petition is filed.

2. The petitioner has filed the writ petition in W.P(MD) No.9154 of 2020 challenging the order of transfer, transferring the petitioner from Government Adi Dravidar Welfare Higher Secondary School, Mullanguruchi, Pudukottai District to the Government Adi Dravidar Welfare Higher Secondary School at Manamai, Kanjipuram District. This Court, by the order, dated 09.02.2021 set aside the order of transfer.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that in compliance with the order of this Court, the District AdiDravidar and Tribal Welfare Officer, Pudukottai District issued proceedings, posted the petitioner in the Government Adi Dravidar Welfare Higher Secondary School, Mullanguruchi, Pudukottai District and to that effect, he has produced the proceedings of the third respondent, dated 12.04.2021 in Na.Ka.No.Q5/1231/2017.

4. Recording the above said submission and the proceedings dated 12.04.2021, the contempt petition is closed.
