the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.
3.Though the petitioner has sought for larger relief in this petition, now the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice, if a direction is issued to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.04.2019, within a period that may be stipulated by this Court. 4.Per contra, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that already one rival group approached this Court in W.P.(MD)No.7966 of 2019. This Court, by its order dated 03.04.2019, issued a direction to the Law Enforcing Agency to consider the representation of the petitioner. Since this Court has already issued a direction in the earlier writ petition, similar direction may be issued in this writ petition also.
5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited request sought for in this petition, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the respondents to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 08.04.2019, after giving due opportunity to both parties including the petitioner in W.P.(MD)No.7966 of 2019.
