ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner herein, who is the first accused in Crime No.15 of 2017 on the file of the respondent Police, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) IPC, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is the sister's husband of the de facto complainant and due to misunderstanding between them, both of them started to live separately. On 22.01.2017, the petitioner came to the house of the de facto complainant and abused him with filthy language and requested him to send his wife to her matrimonial home. In the said quarrel, it is alleged that the petitioner assaulted the de facto complainant with aruval on his hand and caused injuries.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the victim was discharged from the hospital on 30.01.2017.

4. Heard the learned Government Advocate for the respondent police.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, by imposing stringent conditions.

Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail, subject to the following conditions:- https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

(i)The petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each, with two sureties for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, Sivagiri. (ii). The petitioner shall report before the respondent police, daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

(iii)The petitioner shall not tamper with the evidence or witnesses either during investigation or trial. (iv)The petitioner shall not abscond either during investigation or trial.
