O R D E R

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner's request was earlier negatived, as she was not in a position to offer security. Now the petitioner appears to come forward to give some collateral security. It is awaiting legal opinion.

2. Taking into account these aspects, this Court directs the second respondent to take a decision on the petition mentioned loan application within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. This Writ petition stands disposed of, accordingly. No costs.
