O R D E R

This Criminal Revision Petition has been filed to direct respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No.340 of 2015 and to file the final report. The said case was registered on 19.03.2015 for the offence punishable under Section 420 IPC. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that for filing final report 4 months time may be granted.

3.Considering facts and circumstances of the case and also nature of the offence, the respondent Police is directed to file a final report within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Criminal Original petition is disposed of.
