No.115 of 2009, which is pending on its file within a stipulated time as may be fixed by this Honorable court by allowing this Civil Revision petition.

ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day in the caption "For Extension of Time", and upon perusing the earlier Order of this Court dated 01/04/2021 & 12/11/2021 and a Letter submitted by the II Additional District Munsif, Tiruchirappalli, dated 24/03/2022 and the same was forwarded by the Principal District Judge, Tiruchirappalli, in D. No. 2984/HC(J)/ 2022, dated 31.03.2022, this Court made the following order: The learned II Additional District Munsif, Tiruchirappalli, sent a letter dated 24.03.2022, requesting extension of further time of two months to dispose of R.C.O.P.No.115 of 2009, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 01.04.2021.

2. Considering the reasons stated in the letter dated 24.03.2022, a further time of two months is granted from today to dispose of R.C.O.P.No.115 of 2009.
