ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to take necessary action on the petitioner's complaint dated 06.02.2026 so as to give effect to the order with regard to the free house site patta issued by the Tahsildar, Kariapatti Taluk, Virudhunagar District.

2. Heard the learned counsel on both side.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner was allotted free house site patta by the Tahsildar, Kariyapatti Taluk, Virudhunagar District. In order to protect the said land, the petitioner has fenced the same. But the neighbours have demolished the fencing and using the said land as a parking area. Therefore, the respondent police is directed to take appropriate action as per law.

4.With this direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
