:Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned detention order passed by the second respondent made in his proceedings in C.No.32/Detention/C.P.O./T.C/2015, dated 25.08.2015, in detaining the detenu under Section 2(f) of Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982, as a Goonda and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu, namely, Jambu @ Jambukeshwarran S/o.Kumar, Male aged about 26 years, who is detained in Central Prison, Tiruchirappalli, before this Court and set him at liberty. *********** [Order of the Court was made by P.R.SHIVAKUMAR, J.] Mr.A.Ramar, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, submits that the detention order has been revoked. A copy of G.O.Rt.No.6540, Home, Prohibition & Excise (XV) Department, dated 16.10.2015, containing the revocation of the order of detention has been produced.

2. In view of the said Government Order, the Habeas Corpus Petition has become infructuous and the same is dismissed as infructuous.
