ORDER

This petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent police to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.11.2025 and take appropriate action. 2.Admittedly, the petitioner and respondents 3 and 4 are neighbours. According to the petitioner, a pathway is available. However, the respondents 3 and 4 are attempting to usurp the said pathway as well as the petitioner's property, which led to a wordy quarrel and an alleged assault. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that respondents 3 and 4 preferred a complaint and the respondent police have taken the same on file and registered an FIR. Insofar as the petitioner's complaint is concerned, the respondent police have closed the same. Hence, the present petition is filed. 3.Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.11.2025 and take appropriate action in accordance with law. If any criminal offence is made out, the second respondent police are 2/4

directed to register an FIR. The respondent shall also consider whether there is any threat to usurp the property and the same may be treated as a criminal offence, if so made out.

4.With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
