ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by V.S.RAVI, J.) This is an application filed by the petitioner to produce her son viz. Lakshmanan S/o.Kathamuthu, aged about 38 years and to set him at liberty.
2.Today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that already three cases have been filed as against the detenu in Crime Nos.366 and 374 of 2014 on the file of the Aranthangi Police Station and in Crime No.122 of 2015 on the file of the Meemeesal Police Station and at present, he is in Central Prison, Tiruchirapalli. 3.It is found that there is no illegal detention or harassment caused to the detenu.
