The petitioner has come forward with this petition, praying to direct the 2nd respondent to file the final report in Crime No.53 of 2014, dated 30.01.2014 on the file of the 2nd respondent police.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the Government Advocate (crl.side) for the State would submit that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, an investigation has been conducted and the same has been referred as mistake of fact and R.C. Notice has also been served to the petitioner.
