ORDER

The petitioner wants the respondents to carryout survey and demarcate the boundaries in respect of the petition mentioned lands.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that there is no rival https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ claim and that the petition mentioned survey exercise and

demarcaton will be completed within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
