PRAYER in W.P.(MD)No.9086 of 2019: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus seeking to direct the second and third respondents to consider the recommendation of the fourth respondent by his proceedings bearing R.No.13134/a1/2016 dated 19.11.
2018 and consequently direct the second and third respondents to absorb the petitioner in the post of Pharmacist in the Health Department along with all the permanent employees of all the five dispensaries and the two Garden Hospitals, Arasu Rubber Corporation, Kanyakumari District based on the petitioner's representation dated 01.03.2019. For Petitioner : Ms.L.Victoria Gowri For Respondents : Ms.J.Padmavathi Devi Special Government Pleader (in both writ petitions) COMMON ORDER When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the third respondent would consider the petition mentioned representation in the light of the recommendation made by the fourth respondent.
It is further submitted that appropriate orders would be passed on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
2.Recording the said submission, these writ petitions are disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
