O R D E R

This petition has been filed challenging the closure report filed by the respondent dated 14.06.2014.

2.The respondent police have filed a closure report on the ground that the matter has been settled between the parties in the Lok Adalat. However, the grievance of the petitioner is that the signature was obtained in the Lok Adalat by threat and coercion. 3.The order of Lok Adalat has not been challenged till date. If the petitioner has any grievance with regard to the closure report, he can work out his remedy by filing a private complaint.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
