This petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent to remove the illegal structure put up by the accused herein before Door No.305, New No.72, Alagarkovil Main Road, Madurai by providing necessary police protection within a time limit, based on the petitioner's representation dated 26.08.2016. 2.Heard Ms.K.Malathi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K.Anbarasan, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the third respondent has filed a suit before the District Munsif Court, Melur and an interim injunction is also granted in his favour. So, the encroachment cannot be removed at this stage. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
