2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court, dated 29.02.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police weekly twice ie., on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 am., until further orders.
