ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.) The petitioner is the sister of one Mr.Asirvatham. On the ground that he has been found missing from 26.07.2015, she has come up with this petition.

2. We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents 1 and 2 and we have also perused the records carefully. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that it has come to light that Mr.Asirvatham is now taking treatment at

Jeevan Care Centre at Chennai. He has been admitted in the said hospital only by his son by name, Thomas Suresh. His letter dated 26.07.2015 is also available.

4. Since we are satisfied that the detenu is undergoing treatment in the hospital and since there is no illegal detention, we are inclined only to dismiss the petition. Accordingly, the Habeas Corpus petition is dismissed.
