ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute and not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the second respondent Police frequently called the petitioner and his family members to the Police station and harassed by asking them to withdraw the case pending before the Revenue Divisional officer.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that there was no such demand or harassment caused by the third respondent police to the petitioner. However, he gave an undertaking that the third respondent Police will not ask the petitioner to withdraw the case.
