ORDER
It is an application seeking a direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioner except under due process of law. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent police frequently called her to the Police Station and harassed under the guise of enquiry in respect of her medical practice.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that no petition and no CSR is pending against the petitioner; the presence of the petitioner is not required for any enquiry; and the respondent Police did not cause any harassment to the petitioner.
