ORDER

After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondent, this writ petition is disposed of at the time of admission.

2.The learned Government Advocate for the respondent submits that the property in question belongs to SrilaSri Kasi Vaasi Swamy's Mutt.

3.The issue would require detailed consideration. The petitioner's representation dated 04.03.2022 is still pending before the respondent. Whether the property indeed belongs to the aforesaid Mutt or not has to be decided by the respondent. The respondent is therefore directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.03.2022 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In case, the property indeed belongs to the said Mutt, proper intimation will be sent to the petitioner regarding the same.
