Seeking direction to the Executive Officer, Kulasekaram Panchayat, Kanyakumari District/the fourth respondent herein to complete the enquiry in Na.Ka.No.4733/2019/B3 dated 07.08.2019, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 2.When this writ petition is taken up for admission today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the fourth respondent submits that the enquiry was completed and order has also been passed and the same was communicated to this petitioner.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition is closed with a liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order in the manner known to law, if he is so advised.
