When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner is the second owner of the land in question and that if the petitioner obtained NO Objection Certificate from the previous owner, his case will be favourably considered.

2. Recording the said submission, the Writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
