No.181 of 2020 on the file of this Hon'ble Court. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.N.ANANTHAPADMANABHAN, Advocate for M/S.APN LAW ASSOCIATES, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.K.RAMAKRISHNAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- [Order of the Court was delivered by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.]

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court, vide order dated 25.01.2021, in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.6217 of 2020 in Crl.A.(MD)No.181 of 2020. 2.The petitioner is A1 in S.C.No.50 of 2014 on the file of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Dindigul. While granting suspension of sentence to this petitioner, this Court on 25.01.2021 directing him to stay at Coimbatore and report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Coimbatore, at 10.30 a.m., on all working days, until further orders.

3. It is the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner Mr.N.Ananthapadmanabhan, that the petitioner has been complying with the condition from 02.02.2021. It is also submitted that due to the pandemic situation, the petitioner is not able to stay at Coimbatore to comply with the condition.

4. Mr.K.K.Ramakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly since 02.02.2021.

5. In the light of the above facts and circumstances, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.6217 of 2020 in Crl.A.(MD)No.181 of 2020, dated 25.01.2021 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the committal Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the appeal.

6. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
